Course Description: The Imperfect Leader:  Learning to Lead Authentically in the Workplace -  What does it mean to be authentic?  Many struggle to show their true selves due to t he misconception that authenticity equals vulnerability, which is often viewed as a weakness in today's world.  This course will empower attendees to embrace their authenticity and vulnerability, demonstrating how these qualities can enhance effective leadership and foster deeper connections in the workplace.  Participants will learn practical strategies to promote employee-centered mental health and become authentic mental health leaders, unlocking the power of true authenticity in their professional and personal lives.
