This immersive workshop is designed to empower participants with the confidence to lead others by using situational leadership skills and the leadership of others by fostering better self-awareness and understanding of the people you lead. Participants will learn techniques on how to help others adapt to different leadership styles, establish their own leadership goals and understand their own leadership styles. This is a 6-hour virtual course.
