This course will assist the participant in cultivating leadership skills for self-leadership and the leadership of others by fostering better self-awareness and understanding of the people you lead. Participants will learn techniques on how to help others adapt to different leadership styles, establish their own leadership goals and understand their own leadership styles. Participants will receive a professional development certificate after the completion of all sessions.
