This professional development offers participants tips and key elements of what creates outstanding customer service that creates lasting impressions that can foster continued client, customer or consumer loyalty. The learning objectives of this course include reflection on how to recognize attitudes that impact customer service, identify customer or client needs, how to create lasting relationships and how to deal with difficult customers. 

After the completion of this 3-hour professional development, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
