This eight-hour ServSafe training session prepares students to take the official ServSafe certification exam, which is offered at the conclusion of class. ServSafe training, designed by food service and safety professionals, meets the needs of New Jersey food laws and regulations. Individuals who complete the program and pass the accredited certification exam are recognized as certified food safety managers.
The class is delivered in two, four-hour training sessions with the certification exam administered at the end of the second day.
