The emotions that shape our lives and influence our decisions don't have to control us. This dynamic course on Emotional Intelligence (EI) provides the essential framework for taking control over the emotions that shape our lives, leading to profoundly positive effects in every domain. Emotional intelligence is more than just being nice; it is the critical ability to recognize and manage our own emotions, behaviors, and impulses, and strategically apply this knowledge to the world around us. We will dive deep into cultivating self-awareness, building internal motivation, and exploring diverse perspectives. By focusing on effective and authentic communication, Emotional Intelligence will empower you to create positive and productive relationships within any organization. EI is not an innate trait—it's a skill that can be developed. This course will equip you with the practical tools needed to gain mastery over your emotions, confidently navigate challenging situations, and communicate empathetically, ensuring you build a happy and prosperous life.

Participants will receive a professional development certificate after completing this live-online Zoom course.
By the end of this comprehensive course, participants will be able to:

  • Define Emotional Intelligence and Emotions and understand their critical interplay.
  • Identify the Components of Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills).
  • Identify Tools to Gain Control over Emotions and manage impulses effectively.
  • Determine Effective Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills to foster clarity and connection.

Registered participants will be emailed the Zoom log-in information prior to the class start.
